Season 1
- E1 Pilot T.J. skips grades and enters high school at age 10.
- E2 The Code In the opener, T.J. has trouble learning the ropes outside the classroom and pays the price for breaking ""The Code,"" which states you never rat on a friend. The friend in question is Mo, a star player on the school's basketball team. When T.J. tattles on Mo for smoking in the boys room, Mo is suspended from the team and misses an important game. Ostracized and unhappy, T.J. hatches a misguided plot to make amends by sabotaging the rival team's report cards.
- E3 Brother, Brother Two twin sisters move to the school. Marcus gets a date with the pretty cheerleader, but unknowingly mistakes her for her smart twin later. As he realizes how much he likes them both, Marcus sets up a plan to date them both. The cheerleader will date Marcus, while the intelligent one will date ... Marquis.
- E4 Don't Do That Thing You Do When the keyboard player in Marcus' band breaks his finger, T.J sits in. Meanwhile, Yvette is mortified when her friend admits having a crush on her dad.
- E5 Lab Rats When Mo and T.J. are teamed up by their biology teacher to observe animal behavior, T.J. decides they'll watch his brother Marcus and sister Yvette.
- E6 A Little Knowledge T.J. earns a spot on the game show Knowledge College in the hope that his winnings will help defray household expenses, but the pressure may be too much.
- E7 Baby, It's You and You and You Yvette is convinced T.J. is dying to go to the prom, despite his protestations, so Floyd gets him a date -- then Marcus gets him a date -- then Yvette gets him a date....

- E1 Primary Brothers T.J. tries to run for student-council president, but decides Marcus would be a better choice -- and someone he could control behind the scenes.
- E2 Working Guy T.J. learns a hard lesson about office politics while taking part in a work-study program that lands him in a lofty position at an electronic company. Floyd lays down the law when he feels that T.J. is spending too much time at work and not enough time with the family.
- E3 Below the Rim When the basketball coach quits his job in the middle of a game, the team must come up with another coach or forfeit - so T.J. is elected.
- E4 Dateline T.J. hooks up his dad with a date from a computer dating service, but is uncomfortable when their relationship heats up.
- E5 Dumbstruck T.J.'s IQ takes a dive after he's accidentally hit on the head by a wood plank, allowing him to act more his age.
- E6 Trial and Error T.J. defends Mo when he's accused of setting a fire to the school's chemistry lab where his most hated teacher was working. Meanwhile, Marcus tries to embellish his non-speaking part in the school play.
- E7 Big Picture T.J., Marcus and Mo decide to do a music video for their video-production class, with T.J. directing. Meanwhile, Yvette falls for a hunky swimmer who's a little shallow.
- E8 Book Smart T.J.'s classroom behavior irritates a teacher who feels it's preventing the other students from learning. Meanwhile, Mo and Marcus try to meet girls in a female self-defense class.
- E9 The Dating Game To discourage a tireless suitor, Yvette agrees to T.J.'s plan and pretends to be Mo's girlfriend. Meanwhile, Floyd aims to teach Marcus a life lesson he won't soon forget.
- E10 Love Letters T.J. ghostwrites love letters for Marcus to Nina, the new girl in their literature class - and winds up having to ghostwrite love letters for Nina to Marcus, and vice versa.
- E11 T.J. Versus The Machine TJ's skill in chess gives him the chance to play against a computer, Socrates, that's supposed to be unbeatable in chess. Marcus plans to win big on money bets.
- E12 Men Working Badly Floyd, T.J. and Marcus build Yvette her own private bathroom, but she is less than thrilled. Meanwhile, T.J. and Mo must work out a family budget for their Life Science class.
- E13 Rooferman, Take One T.J. thinks his dad's business would benefit from a TV commercial, but when the station airs it at 3:00am, T.J. sneaks in and repositions it - during the Super Bowl.
- E14 Stop the Presses T.J. decides he wants to be a reporter, but since answering to Yvette as the editor of the school paper is more than he can take, he starts his own rival publication.
- E15 Bad Boy T.J. falls for a girl at the arcade but falls short in the style department, so he tries a new look -- one his dad does not approve.
- E16 Most Hated Man on Campus When the star player of the basketball team is in danger of flunking history and being off the team, it's up to T.J. to tutor him before the big game.
- E17 Goodbye, Mr. Chimps T.J. qualifies as an intern at the Primate Intelligence Research Project. Meanwhile, Marcus and Mo try to get rich selling "nutritional, energy supplement" candy bars.
- E18 Dawgburger Rebellion Tales of Floyd's Uncle Mert, a 1960s activist, inspire T.J. to protest a change in the school's lunch policy.
- E19 Strangers on the Net T.J. buys bootleg computer games but soon runs into trouble with a sinister stranger. Meanwhile, Marcus and Mo buy a used car that doesn't run.
- E20 Gotta Dance After attending a dance class with Yvette, T.J. decides his life's ambition is to become a tap dancer, but he finds out it's no cakewalk.
- E21 Something Wicked This Way Comes When Mo's parents leave for a second honeymoon, he stays with the Hendersons, but it drives a wedge between T.J. and Marcus. Meanwhile, Floyd objects to Yvette dating a college guy.
- E22 My Two Dads Floyd starts having doubts when T.J. bonds with a new astronomy teacher, making him question his importance in T.J.'s life. Meanwhile, Marcus and Mo find another student exploiting their personal style by photographing them for a fashion magazine against their wishes.
Season 3
- E1 She Got Game T.J. is thrilled when he talks Brandi into joining the basketball team - until she replaces him as starting point guard, and he's relegated to the bench.
- E2 Achy Breaky Heart New romances are on the horizon for both Marcus and Mo in this episode. Marcus finds himself interested in Stacey, the new drummer for their band, while Mo's intended girlfriend rubs the other musicians the wrong way. Marcus is the one to suffer heartbreak first, leaving T.J. to try to pull him out of the doldrums.
- E3 Love Bug Yvette and Mo hatch a plan to eliminate the competition in a radio station Volkswagen Beetle giveaway to the person who can stay inside it the longest. While they're in the vehicle, Marcus tries to take advantage of having the house to himself, but T.J. foils him.
- E4 Henderson House Party When Floyd has to go out of town on business, Marcus tries to step in as the man of the house. T.J. poses some unexpected problems when he decides to court popularity by throwing a party for his classmates.
- E5 That's My Momma Mo gets the shock of his life when his parents tell him he's adopted, so he immediately enlists T.J. in his search for his birth parents.
- E6 Beating is Fundamental T.J. is accepted into Mensa, where Floyd meets an attractive divorc脙漏e, but T.J. can't stand her uppity son Blake and gets into a brawl. Meanwhile, Marcus and Mo become hairstylists.
- E7 T.A. or Not T.A. TJ becomes the new assistant to Coach Gerber when the math teacher finally quits. Meanwhile Yvette meets a guy named Calvin who she finds attractive who turns out to be in middle school.
- E8 Boomerang T.J. is forced to take wood shop and finds out it's not as easy as he thought. Meanwhile, sparks fly between Yvette and a photographer.
- E9 Get a Job When Floyd tells the kids to get a job, Yvette heads for a clothing store at the mall, while Marcus and Mo take up a late-night radio show, but they all encounter problems they hadn't imagined.
- E10 A Date With Destiny T.J. lands a gig as a dancer in a music video by Destiny's Child and gets an offer to tour with them for a year, but his dad isn't so sure about the idea.
- E11 Break Up Not to Make Up Marcus and his girlfriend Dana break up, prompting her to ask Mo to intervene. Meanwhile, T.J. faces gym class - and the locker room - for the first time.
- E12 Diary of a Mad Schoolgirl Computer snooping helps Marcus woo T.J.'s study partner.

- E16 It Takes Two When Marcus sees Mo's girlfriend with another guy, he can't decide how to tell Mo. Meanwhile, T.J. thinks he's on the bad side of the Secret Service after writing an angry letter to the White House.
- E17 I Was a Teenage Sports Wife Marcus scores a date with the girls' volleyball team champ, but plays second string socially. Meanwhile, T.J. tries to boost Mo's brainpower.
- E18 Crushed T.J. develops his first crush on a beautiful substitute teacher; Marcus is accidentally offered a university scholarship.
- E19 Cross Talk T.J.'s call to a political talk show prompts an invitation to appear as a guest -- and to replace one of the regular panelists permanently.
