Season 1
- E1 Madeline "In an old house in Paris all covered with vines lived twelve little girls in two straight lines..." Thus begins this musical adaptation of the classic 1930's children's book about Madeline, the smallest and bravest of the twelve little girls.
- E2 Madeline's Christmas One year, at Christmas time, as Madeline, her friends and Miss Clavel get ready by making presents for family and friends, decorating the school and baking cakes and cookies, Paris is hit by a huge and very unexpected snowstorm.
- E3 Madeline and the Bad Hat One day, the Spanish Ambassador moves into the house next door to Madeline's school, and he has a son, a 'bad hat' named Pepito.
- E4 Madeline's Rescue As we know well by now, no one knows better "how to frighten Miss Clavel" than Madeline.
- E5 Madeline and the Gypsies Pepito invites Madeline and the girls to a Gypsy carnival.
- E6 Madeline in London "Not a single eye was dry" the day the Spanish Ambassador moved to London, taking Madeline's dear friend Pepito with him.
- E7 Madeline and the Forty Thieves At the Old House - and all over the neighborhood - people's hats, gloves and scarves are missing. Madeline and Pepito work with Detective Moreau to find the perpetrators, then finally discover that the "thieves" are some altruistic magpies who are distributing the warm clothes to the homeless in the park.
- E8 Madeline and the Dog Show Even though she outperforms the competition, Genevieve is disqualified from a dog show because she is not a purebred. But after she rescues the Mayor's dog, the judges change their tune.
- E9 Madeline and the Easter Bonnet Just in time for Easter, Madeline updates the old hat belonging to Bon Bon, the milk horse. But then an enormous gust of wind sends the hat flying across town, into the shop of a struggling designer, who attempts to market it in time for Easter.
- E10 Madeline and the New House The Old House, sorely in need of repair, is condemned and the girls are forced to move to a small apartment where their snooty neighbors hate kids and dogs. But just before the wrecking ball destroys their beloved abode, Madeline enlists the aid of the ladies of the Historical Society, who help get the Old House renovated to perfection.
- E11 Madeline and the Soccer Star Madeline's country cousin Andre comes to town. Everyone thinks he's nothing more than a bumpkin with phenomenal gardening skills until, with Madeline's encouragement, he saves the day at the big soccer match.
- E12 Madeline and the Toy Factory When Madeline and the girls visit a toy factory, Madeline is accidentally boxed as a "doll" and sold to a handicapped girl. The ailing child considers Madeline her only friend and is devastated when Madeline reveals her true identity and has to go home. But things turn around the next day when the little girl discovers she now has twelve real live friends.
- E13 Madeline at Cooking School Madeline, the girls, and Pepito prepare a disastrous meal for Lord Cucuface, who immediately enrolls them for cooking lessons at the famed Cordon Bleu. After various mishaps, the children finally get the hang of French cuisine, but Madeline fails to receive her diploma because she has given her creation to the hungry. In the end, Miss Clavel helps Madeline realize that the satisfaction of helping someone is more rewarding than any blue ribbon could ever be.
- E14 Madeline at the Ballet The girls get a chance to perform with a famed ballet master who thinks Madeline is too small to succeed. Madeline's insecurity (and Pepito's teasing) keeps getting in the way of her performance until she is given a pep talk - and a pair of toe shoes - by an accomplished prima ballerina, who convinces Madeline that hard work and courage will help her excel.
- E15 Madeline and the Singing Dog After being evicted from the opera for barking along with her favorite arias, Genevieve is dog napped by an impresario who sets her up at a dinner theatre. When Madeline finally catches up with her talented canine, Genevieve, now a star is reluctant to go home because she is still embarrassed about the incident at the opera. It is up to Madeline to convince Genevieve how much she is missed at the Old House.
- E16 Madeline's Winter Vacation Madeline, Pepito and the girls visit Miss Clavel's aunt and nephew in their Alpine chalet.
- E17 Madeline in Hollywood Madeline is 'discovered' by a Hollywood director and is transported to California for her motion picture debut with her idol, Sugar Dimples.
- E18 Madeline and the Pirates Lord Cucuface takes the girls and Pepito on a yacht trip, and excludes the girls when he teaches Pepito sailing techniques.
- E19 Madeline's Birthday at the Zoo It's Madeline's birthday & Pepito & his father take her to the zoo while Miss Clavel & the girls get the house ready for a surprise birthday party.
- E20 Madeline at the Louvre Madeline paints a magnificent picture and accidentally leaves it at the Louvre, where it is mistaken for a masterpiece and hung next to the Mona Lisa, upstaging DaVinci's creation. Madeline tries to get the painting back, but one believes that she is the anonymous artist. In the end she finds she must use her feisty individuality to prove herself to the authorities.
Season 2
- E1 Madeline and the Lost Crown Madeline convinces the young Prince of Monaco to remove his crown so he can spend an afternoon as an ordinary boy.
- E2 Madeline on the Orient Express Madeline, Pepito and the girls take the famed Orient Express to Istanbul to compete in the International Spelling Bee.
- E3 Madeline and the Dinosaur Bone A paleontologist comes to the Old House after Genevieve digs up a huge bone in the garden, which turns out to be a fossilized stegosaurus hip bone.
- E4 Madeline and the Magic Carpet Pepito becomes frustrated when an old lamp from the Embassy attic fails to produce a Genie, and he throws the lamp in the trash.
- E5 Madeline and the Treasure Hunt The newspaper sponsors a treasure hunt leading to a chest full of money. The clues lead the group to famous Paris landmarks.
- E6 Madeline and the Mummy Madeline, the girls, Pepito and his three naughty cousins go on a field trip to Egypt.
- E7 Madeline's Detective School The girls want to get Miss Clavel a birthday present.
- E8 Madeline and the Hunchback of Notre Dame After Miss Clavel inspires the girls to read more books, they decide to put on a presentation of 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame'.
- E9 Madeline and the Big Cheese When the mice eat the cheese Lord Cucuface needs for his favorite dish, cheese fondue, Madeline, Miss Clavel, and Pepito drive to town to get another cheese.
- E10 Madeline and the Science Project For their entry in the Science Exhibition, Madeline and the girls create a magnificent scale model of a hot air balloon.
- E11 Madeline and the Haunted Castle The American child star Sugar Dimples becomes homesick when visiting Paris, and especially misses Halloween, which is not celebrated in France.
- E12 Madeline and the Wild West Madeline rides a pony named Gallop in the world's biggest rodeo, Cheyenne Frontier Days in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
- E13 Madeline's Holiday with Mr. Grump In the middle of the winter holiday season, Miss Clavel gets called away from the Old House to care for her ailing aunt.

- E1 Madeline's Halloween The girls return to New York City to visit their pen pals, and they get to dress up for a PROPER American Halloween Night out in the city.
- E2 Madeline and the Spider Lady The girls' pretend radio show accidentally gets broadcasted to the entire city.
- E3 Madeline and the Can Can Cliques While she and the other girls learn to dance the Can Can, eleven little girls form two cliques, and Madeline is caught in the middle, much to her dismay.
- E4 Madeline in Cannes During spring in Paris, Madeline falls ill with some sort of sinus issue. Doctor Cohn suggests that she go someplace warm and sunny, and the gang all head down South to the French Riviera in Cannes.
- E5 Madeline and the Show Off Chosen to be a model for a painting, Yvette shows off and that makes everyone else jealous and uncomfortable.
- E6 Madeline and the Wedding Madeline and the girls play matchmaker and are invited to be in the resulting wedding.
- E7 Madeline on Safari The girls take a trip to Africa.
- E8 Madeline at the North Pole Madeline, the girls, Miss Clavel, and Lord Cucuface spend Christmas at the North Pole.
- E9 Madeline and Santa Madeline helps Santa Claus deliver Christmas presents to children.
- E10 Madeline and the New Girl A new girl named Lakshmi comes to the Paris boarding school from her homeland of India for a month.
- E11 Madeline at Versailles While touring Versailles with Miss Clavel and the girls, Pepito disobeys a "Do Not Touch" sign, and leaves fingerprints of mud and chocolate on a priceless harpsichord. Pepito feels more and more guilty until Madeline finally convinces him to fess up and face the consequences.
- E12 Madeline at the Hotel Riche When the pipes burst and the old house is closed for a plumbing overhaul, Madeline and the girls move into Lord Cucuface's lavish suite at the Ritz. While there, they help a lonely rich girl and a hungry homeless girl, and soon discover that they'd rather have each other's love than live an empty upscale existence.
- E13 Madeline on Stage Madeline, the girls and Pepito are upset about receiving minor roles as trees in the school play and decide to boycott the show.
- E14 Madeline and the Marionettes Madeline and the girls help to reform an unhappy puppeteer in the Jardin de Luxembourg, who, because he never had the talent to be an opera singer, puts on marionette shows that twist the plots of classic fairy tales and disappoint children in the audience.
- E15 Madeline and the Ice Skates Madeline gets a new pair of ice skates for her birthday and becomes so obsessed with practicing her skating she doesn't have any time to play with her friends. When she is pulled out of the blanket, Madeline spins around like Taz for a few seconds before wobbling about and trying to regain her balance.
- E16 Madeline and the Giants When Madeline and the girls go to Dr. Cohn for a physical, all the girls have grown several inches except Madeline, who has a dream that she will be Tom Thumb-sized for her whole life. In the end, she feels better when she discovers that Georgette, the tallest girl, has size issues as well.
- E17 Madeline and the Fashion Show When Madeline and the girls are given the opportunity to be high fashion models and meet the top designer Mme. Clich茅, they are asked to wear creations made of cheese and discover that fashion is fickle and it's what's inside that counts.
- E18 Madeline's Manners After Pepito burps at the dinner table, his parents insist on sending him to etiquette school, where he is joined by Madeline and the girls. After they graduate, Pepito's unruly cousin Pablito tries to convince Pepito that manners are uncool, but Madeline helps Pepito see the light just in time for him to put on his best behavior during an event for the soccer star Pepe Pelota.
- E19 Madeline and the Magic Show After Pepito and the girls go to see Harry Houdini's show, Pepito decides to create his own magic show at home, and puts poor Genevieve in danger. Houdini helps the children see how to use magic properly and shows them how to appreciate the gifts they were born with.
- E20 Madeline's Valentine Madeline and the girls become extremely jealous when lovesick Genevieve falls in love with a neighborhood dog, but in the end, Madeline helps the girls realize that Genevieve has plenty of love to go around.
- E21 Madeline and the Perfume Factory While touring Lord Cucuface's perfume factory in Grasse, Pepito finds a friendly skunk, which he sneaks into the factory. When Chloe, offended by the skunk's odor, dips it into a vat of the latest perfume, Madeline and the girls have to "fix" the perfume before anyone finds out.
- E22 Madeline at the Eiffel Tower After Madeline performs a successful science experiment dropping an egg off the balcony of the old house without breaking it, Pepito dares her to drop her egg off the top of the Eiffel Tower, and the two end up getting stuck in an elevator there, and being forced spending the night. Pepito and Madeline share their knowledge. Pepito shows her Morse code, and Madeleine shows,... well... her hunger.
- E23 Madeline and the Tea Party The girls are planning a spring tea in honor of Lord Cucuface and the trustees when Sugar Dimples, the child movie star, drops in to visit and takes over, turning their simple party into a major "Hollywood" production, with over-the-top results. It is up to Madeline to bring the party down to earth and remind Sugar Dimples that it is the company that counts, not the lavishness.
- E24 Madeline and the White Lie When Lord Cucuface becomes suddenly indisposed, Madeline takes over his mission to impress some American tourists who are potential donors to the girls' school. She tells them that she is a famous tour guide, and finds she must lie more and more as she takes the eccentric couple around the Louvre, until they are all hopelessly lost and she is forced to come clean and tell the truth.
- E25 Madeline and The Dog Who Cried Wolf When Genevieve wakes up with a strange rash, Dr. Fleabag the vet prescribes lots of loving care, which Genevieve enjoy so much that she begins to fake ailments.
- E26 Madeline at the Flea Market When Madeline and the girls find some collectibles from the 1800's in the attic of the Old House, they decide to set up a booth at The Flea Market and unwittingly sell Pepito's father's Ambassador ring (which Madeline tracks down using her detective skills).
