A Kind of Princess
- E3 Back to Oblivion TJ goes to a scrap yard to investigate strange things that have happened there. When he arrives, he is trapped in a crushing machine by the old man, Mr. Wagner, who owns the scrap yard.
- E4 The Russian Exchange Student When a scientist's formula to improve the efficiency of gasoline is nearly destroyed, a Russian exchange student named Natasha is accused of sabotaging the computer that the formula was stored on.
- E5 Countdown to Nowhere The world first learns of the new hero, Superboy, when he rescues Lana Lang from kidnapper Roscoe Williams (Doug Barr).
- E6 Bringing Down the House A rock star, Judd Faust, wants the amusement park and puts everyone in danger when the owner refuses to sell it to him. Lana falls in love with Judd but learns of his true nature when he takes her away one night and puts her in a torture device.
- E7 The Beast and Beauty A Superboy impersonator is robbing banks and jewelry stores to get a million dollars so he can marry Florida's beauty queen.
- E8 The Fixer Clark discovers that Luthor is trying to fix some of the school's basketball games so that he make a killing in betting. And the way he does that is, that he has a photo of the team's star player in a compromising position that if it got out it would ruin his career.
- E9 The Alien Solution A strange cloud-like alien who can take over others bodies comes to earth hoping to steal Superboy's body so he can add it to his collection of warriors.
- E10 Troubled Waters A businessman wants to buy all the farms in the Smallville area during an agricultural depression. Mr. Kent wants to find out why. Kenderson, the businessman, has something to hide and tries to kill Mr. Kent but he is unsuccessful.
- E11 The Invisible People A large group of homeless people are living in front of a beach club on a Florida beach. They were promised jobs by the wealthy beach club owner, who never gave them anything.
- E12 Kryptonite Kills A Kryptonite meteor falls in Addis Ababa and is sent to Shuster for study. It turns up in Clark's class on minerals. There, Clark feels the pain of kryptonite for the first time.
- E13 Revenge of the Alien (1) The alien from "The Alien Solution" escapes after a thief steals the canister containing him. He wants revenge on Superboy for destroying his collection of warrior bodies.
- E14 Revenge of the Alien (2) Now controlling Pa Kent, the alien makes his move to get revenge. He kidnaps Lana and holds her hostage on a rooftop near Shuster University.
- E15 Stand Up and Get Knocked Down TJ finds his friend Michael dead outside of the Bonkerz comedy club. TJ wants to find out what happened to him, so he goes to the club's amateur night.
- E16 Meet Mr. Mxyzptlk Superboy is called on to help remove a totem pole from the ground so it can be studied. When he arrives, the totem won't budge.
- E17 Birdwoman of the Swamps When a bulldozer is turned over at a construction site, TJ and Clark decide to investigate. Clark meets an old Indian woman who believes the birds turned over the bulldozer.
- E18 Terror from the Blue After witnessing a police officer being gunned down by a corrupt colleague, Lana is targeted by crooked cops.
- E19 War of the Species T.J. discovers a government created robot that killed someone. Superboy manages to save him. When a government official tells them that everything is classified they leave. Later the man confronts the creator who seems have other plans. He later grabs T.J. setting a trap for Superboy.
- E20 Little Hercules Clark and TJ visit a young high school genius named Billy Hercules who has been offered a scholarship by Shuster University. Clark befriends the boy, with whom he can relate as both are different and out of place.
- E21 Mutant Clark witnesses the kidnapping of Professor Craig Lipcott, a famous nuclear scientist. As Superboy, he follows the kidnappers to a rooftop and sees them enter a strange ship just before he is attacked by a powerful ray that leaves him disoriented.
- E22 The Phantom of the Third Division Jonathan Kent is being stalked by a man with whom he fought alongside during the Korean War. As Clark, Lana and T.J. come to Smallville for a visit, Mr. Kent is lured to the Smallville hospital and kidnapped by the man.
- E23 Black Flamingo An attempted assassination of a senator leads Superboy to a mysterious nightclub.
- E24 Hollywood Professor Zugar, invents a time machine and sends himself and Superboy back in time to Hollywood in the 1930s. Superboy meets a famous actor, Victoria Letour, and discovers that she is being stalked by men who want to kill her.
- E25 Succubus A beautiful vampire-like creature seeks to drain Superboy of his life force and seduces TJ as part of her plot.
- E26 Luthor Unleashed Luthor steals a powerful weapon developed by the army and prepares to sell it to weapon dealers. Later, while Luthor is working in the Shuster laboratory, he causes an explosion, and Superboy saves him by blowing the chemical fumes out of the building.
Season 2
- E1 With This Ring, I Thee Kill Lex Luthor returns, kidnaps Lana, forces her to marry him, and assumes the identity of a doctor that created a weapon that could paralyze Superboy forever.
- E2 Lex Luthor: Sentenced to Death Superboy is aided by Professor Peterson and the two believe that he will one day be able to use his legs and powers again. Lex Luthor taunts the superhero with his new bride, Lana.
- E3 Metallo A heart attack patient, who is also an escaped convict, transforms into a cyborg with a heart powered by kryptonite.
- E4 Young Dracula Superboy and Lana get caught in the middle of a battle between two vampires.
- E5 Nightmare Island Trapped on a deserted island after Andy's motorboat sinks, Clark gets stripped of his powers by an alien who also kidnaps Lana.
- E6 Bizarro... The Thing of Steel Bizarro, an imperfect duplicate of Superboy, is accidentally created when the real Superboy steps in front of Professor Peterson's new duplicating ray.
- E7 The Battle with Bizarro Superboy battles to free Lana from Bizarro while Prof. Peterson uses his duplicating ray on kryptonite to create Bizarro Kryptonite with the hope that it will end the Bizarro menace.
- E8 Mr. and Mrs. Superboy Superboy and Lana pretend to be the adoptive parents of Mr. Mxyzptlk when he returns from the fifth dimension to stop the havoc caused when a giant follows him seeking revenge.
- E9 Programmed for Death Superboy must stop a robot that has reprogrammed itself to avenge the death of its creator by killing both Andy and his father.
- E10 Superboy's Deadly Touch Superboy is shot with a laser by Lex Luthor that sends his powers out of control and makes him dangerous to others.
- E11 The Power of Evil A dark, malevolent force breaks its bonds and seeks to eradicate Superboy, the greatest force of good.
- E12 Superboy... Rest in Peace A female android from the future assists Superboy against another android sent to destroy him.
- E13 Super Menace! After running tests on kryptonite to try and neutralize its effects on Superboy, the military accidentally alters it so it has emotional effects on him, making him apathetic.
- E14 Yellow Peri's Spell of Doom A doll belonging to a shy waitress comes to life and turns her into a sorceress and then they both work to make Superboy fall in love with her.
- E15 Microboy Hoping to impress Lana, a fellow student invents an energy capsule that makes him a superhero, but he is unable to control his new found powers.
- E16 Run, Dracula, Run A lost serum must be found that keeps vampire cravings at bay before Superboy and Lana become undead forever.
- E17 Brimstone Superboy falls under the spell of the evil sorcerer Prodo until a mysterious man named Brimstone lends his assistance. Philip Michael Thomas guest stars.
- E18 Abandon Earth Two aliens, claiming to be Superboy's birth parents, Jor-El and Lana, come to Earth looking for their son.
- E19 Escape to Earth Superboy finds things get complicated when Lana finds out about his secret identity while on the aliens' ship.
- E20 Superstar A rock singer faces an attempt on her life.
- E21 Nick Knack A crazed genius seeks revenge on Superboy for being imprisoned after he develops a suit that steals away the superhero's powers.
- E22 The Haunting of Andy McAlister While spending the weekend at an Andy's Uncle's old mansion, Andy, Lana and Clark get pulled into a vortex leading to a ghost world.
- E23 Revenge from the Deep Lana's body is overtaken by a vengeful soul looking to settle a score over unrequited love.
- E24 Secrets of Superboy After the villain Nick Knack escapes from prison, he captures Lana and Andy and probes their minds discovering Superboys weaknesses. Gilbert Gottfried guest stars.
- E25 Johnny Casanova and the Case of Secret Serum Johnny Avonasac, a tennis player, finds a mysterious potion left behind by his dead brother that transforms into Johnny Casanova, an overweight slob who also happens to be a magnet for women, including Lana.
- E26 The Woman Called Tiger Eye A sorceress called Tiger Eye captures Lana and turns her into a snake to lure Superboy into attempting a rescue so she can ensnare him in a spell and make him her own.
Season 3
- E1 The Bride of Bizarro (1) Bizarro returns from deep space and enters into a deadly pact with Lex Luthor. Lex will "create" a bride for Bizarro in exchange for a supply of kryptonite which can kill Superboy.
- E2 The Bride of Bizarro (2) Bizarro has fallen deeper into Lex Luthor's plot to kill Superboy in exchange for a bride.
- E3 The Lair Superboy is lured into deadly danger, and to survive he must avoid "The Lair."
- E4 Neila A superhuman woman arrives from an alien world in search of husband, causing destruction in her wake. To stop her, Superboy must pass her romantic test, all while teaching her the true meaning of love.
- E5 Roads Not Taken (1) An anonymous letter leads Superboy to Darla's hideout, where she has Lana locked in a meatlocker. She's holding Lana to blackmail Superboy, so he'll bring Luthor back through a portal (created by Dr. Winger) that took him to an alternate world. This alternate world is dark, and chaos has erupted as a result of Luthor's murder by an alternate Superboy. As Superboy tries to return Luthor, he and an alternate Dr. Winger attack him with kryptonite.
- E6 Roads Not Taken (2) Superboy jumps through the portal to escape the kryptonite assault. In this world, he is the "Sovereign," a dictator that rules using fear tactics. Lana and Luthor, lovers in this world, are leading a revolution to overthrow the Sovereign. Lana arms herself with kryptonite bomb to destroy the Sovereign, hurting both versions of Superboy. But when she sets off the bomb, killing them both, the first alternate Superboy rescues the original Superboy from the kryptonite-laden shockwave. When all is done, Superboy destroys the portal.
- E7 The Sons of Icarus Capital City finds itself in the middle of a mystery as random fires keep appearing all over the city. When Superboy investigates he discovers a connection to an ancient tribe of flying warriors called the Katia.
- E8 Carnival When Superboy discovers a mysterious carnival that is stealing the souls of its patrons, his moral and physical courage is put to the test.
- E9 Test of Time Two aliens from a mysterious planet accelerate the time on Earth in order to study Superboy's powers and weaknesses.
- E10 Mindscape Superboy's life is in peril when an alien creature attaches itself to his body, causing him horrific nightmares in which he battles his alter ego of Clark Kent.
- E11 Superboy... Lost Superboy experiences amnesia after he is injured trying to stop a speeding meteorite. Now his only hope for remembering who he is lies with the mother and son who found him wounded in the woods.
- E12 Special Effects A rip in the time continuum has unleashed a wave of deadly creatures. When a prominent movie producer is killed, Superboy must investigate and ultimately fight for his life as the monsters attack.
- E13 Neila and the Beast Neila, the superwoman from another planet, returns once again to Earth. This time she needs Superboy's help to destroy a gruesome creature who is seeking to kill her.
- E14 The Golem An elderly Jewish man creates the mythical creature Golem to protect him from racial bigotry. But when Golem goes on a rampage, Superboy has to step in and save the day.
- E15 A Day in the Double Life Its annual review time and Clark Kent has to recount for his boss a typical day in his life. Carefully working around the excitement he leads as Superboy, Clark paints himself as a boring, all American boy.
- E16 Bodyswap Lex Luthor tricks Superboy into switching bodies with him, causing mass confusion in Capital City.
- E17 Rebirth (1) Superboy retreats to Smallville after he thinks he accidentally kills a leader of a dangerous gang. But did he or was it something more mysterious?
- E18 Rebirth (2) Still in hiding and under scrutiny for a gang leader's murder, Lana leads a campaign to clear Superboy's name.
- E19 Werewolf Superboy faces one of his most dangerous foes yet in "Werewolf."
- E20 People vs. Metallo Superboy is put on trial after Metallo overtakes him in court using kryptonite. Can Superboy stop him before it is too late or will he be the one found guilty?
- E21 Jackson and Hyde It is a dangerous case of split personalities as Superboy battles evil in "Jackson And Hyde."
- E22 Mine Games Superboy and Lex Luthor have a heart-to-heart after they end up trapped together in a mine.
- E23 Wish for Armageddon Superboy discovers that he unknowingly entered into a contract with an evil force that uses his dreams to create actual world disasters.
- E24 Standoff Clark Kent becomes one of many helpless victims in a hostage standoff. Can he save the day without revealing his secret identity?
- E25 The Road to Hell (1) Superboy is transported to an alternate-reality jungle and turned into a child, where he must fight for his life and avoid the evil alternate version of Lex Luthor.
- E26 The Road to Hell (2) Barely escaping the jungle, Superboy is transported to another alternate reality where the demented Dr. Winger admits to trapping him. Now Superboy will have to travel back through realities in order to save himself and defeat Lex Luthor.
Season 4
- E1 A Change of Heart (1) A wave of violence has broken out within the city, sending Superboy into tension-filled investigation. Little does he know he will soon be accused of murder.
- E2 A Change of Heart (2) Lana's life is in peril as Adam blackmails Tommy into creating a weapon to kill Superboy.
- E3 The Kryptonite Kid Kryptonite infects a young scientist during a lab explosion, causing him to use his newfound powers against Superboy.
- E4 The Basement Lana discovers an alien in her basement who steals her identity.
- E5 Darla Goes Ballistic A strange formula gives Darla erratic powers, causing her to attack Superboy.
- E6 Paranoia Paranoia strangles Capital City as residents become fearful of a race of invisible aliens who have just landed.
- E7 Know Thine Enemy (1) Lex Luthor has a plan to destroy the world's population with a series of dirty bombs, but first he must get rid of Superboy.
- E8 Know Thine Enemy (2) Superboy is trapped inside Lex Luthor's virtual reality computer program, and now Lana must enter the program to save Superboy before it's too late.
- E9 Hell Breaks Loose A troublesome ghost is haunting the Bureau, wreaking havoc on the office and its employees. To stop him Superboy and Lana must discover the secret as to how the ghost was killed in the building fifty years earlier.
- E10 Into the Mystery Trying to protect his Aunt Cassandra, Superboy confronts a force which he cannot win against when death takes a human form.
- E11 To Be Human (1) While trying to help Bizarro with his depression, Superboy's powers are weakened, leaving him vulnerable to the evil villain Chaos, who plans to destroy him once and for all.
- E12 To Be Human (2) Bizarro grapples with the choice to be human or resort back to his original self in order to save Superboy from Chaos's destructive plans.
- E13 West of Alpha Centauri Superboy is kidnapped by an alien force and taken to a paradise planet near Alpha Centauri. Will he ever return?
- E14 Threesome (1) A prison psychiatrist helps Lex Luthor and Metallo escape, all three quickly turning their attention to stopping Superboy once and for all.
- E15 Threesome (2) Superboy continues to battle the newly formed threesome of Lex Luthor, Metallo and Dr. Odessa Vexman. As their destructive potential continues to rise, Superboy must stop them before it's too late.
- E16 Out of Luck Superboy continues to battle evil in "Out Of Luck."
- E17 Who is Superboy? Superboy's secret identity is challenged in "Who Is Superboy?"
- E18 Cat and Mouse Superboy gets entangled in a dangerous game of "Cat And Mouse."
- E19 Obituary for a Super Hero Lex Luthor has just hit Superboy with a deadly kryptonite bomb. Now he gloriously recounts in detail how he planned and executed the devious plan, which he feels certain has killed Superboy.
- E20 Metamorphosis A gym owner is using the blood of his younger customers, along with a gold derivative, to keep himself young. This results in an acceleration in the victims' aging process.
- E21 Rites of Passage (1) Superboy looses his powers and now an investigation begins to discover the curious force that caused it.
- E22 Rites of Passage (2) Superboy is on the verge of losing his powers forever, which causes his alter ego of Clark Kent to search for the elusive crystal which holds the key to his past and will ultimately lead him through his "Rites Of Passage."
