- E1 Martha Speaks Martha faces off against a burglar in the opener of this animated series, in which the title character, a dog, gains the power of speech after eating alphabet soup. Then Martha becomes the host of a radio show and offers her advice on various issues. Based on the book series by author Susan Meddaugh.

- E3 Martha and Skits Martha is blamed for ruining a birthday cake, though she proclaims her innocence; Martha and Helen discover a plot to rob a jewelry store, but their initial suspects turn out to be police officers.
- E4 Martha Plays a Part Martha tries to be a hero, and she learns a lesson about true courage; Martha and Helen plan a camping trip, then hear a tale of a mythical monster that lives in the woods.

- E13 Martha and the Canine Caper Helen gets laryngitis, so Martha tries to take care of her, but Martha's efforts cause havoc in their home; Truman looks forward to a whale-watching excursion but must overcome his fear of getting seasick.

But when a flower order takes priority, Martha and Skits step in to finish the job. Then bath-hating Martha asks TD's father to create a perfume to hide her pungent doggy scent.

- E30 Raiders of the Lost Art Helen, Alice and TD are less than thrilled when Martha becomes a substitute teacher at their school; TD is distracted from writing a school report by a movie marathon.

- E32 Martha Doesn't Speak Monkey! Martha calls Helen for help when she's trapped in Pablum and Weaselgraft's hideout, and explains how Helen can find her by using her nose. Then Martha needs Helen's help when she again finds herself in Pablum and Weaselgraft's lair, but this time explains how to locate her by describing the sounds she hears.
- E33 Martha and Truman Get Lost Martha insults everyone she talks to until Truman intervenes, realizing that she's actually not in a foul mood but is saying the reverse of what she means.
- E34 Martha Gets Spooked Martha becomes the host of a TV show that's supposed to help people better understand their pets, but when no one tunes in, the producers change it to "Crime Scene Doggie." Then Martha and Skits fight over a new toy.

- E7 The Martha Code Helen's dad recalls the important part that Martha played on the day that baby Jake was born. Later, Martha is inspired to become a sled dog after hearing a story about a heroic Alaskan sled dog.

- E9 Get Along, Little Dogies! Alice prepares for an oral report in Spanish with help from Martha and some Mexican alphabet soup; TD wants to learn animal languages in order to become an animal linguist.
- E10 Martha in the White House TD's too involved with his comic books about evil space cats invading a planet of dogs to work on a school project about the solar system. Later Martha dreams about being an alien canine.

- E2 Martha's Millions When Carolina reads about a dog inheriting millions, she's appalled. What could a dog do with all that money? Martha discovers that it isn't who spends it, but how you spend it, that matters most.
- E3 Carolina's Gifted Everyone is excited for Carolina's birthday, everyone, that is, except Carolina. She still has not used her gift certificate from last year's birthday, and it is going to expire the following night. She and Helen rush to the store to pick out the perfect gift.
- E4 Truman's Mad When Truman sends away for a science kit, he dreams about all the new inventions he will create. But can reality really live up to his big dreams?
- E5 Dog for a Day TD thinks dogs have it easy — no school, no homework, no schedule — but Martha begs to differ. When the two decide to switch roles for a day, they discover that life can be surprisingly tough in someone else's shoes (or tail).
- E6 Martha: Deadline Doggie When Martha begins to sniff out leads for Carolina's paper, the news is not fit to print. Can Martha redeem herself before she puts the paper out of business?

- E11 Scaredy Cat To escape a storm, the kids and dogs retreat into the Boxwood's house. TD, Alice, and Helen decide to tell spooky stories to pass the time. But as spooky things start happening in the house, they wonder if their stories might be a little too real.
