- E0 Meet Patti Stanger
- E1 Dave / Harold In the first episode Patti introduces how she sets up Millionaires with women as she tries to find women for party boy Dave and older Harold.
- E2 Jeff / Julian This episode introduces young real estate mogul Julien and an aging rocker Jeff.
- E3 Lonnie / Patrick This episode introduces two new millionaires: Lonnie and Patrick. At the office Patti pressures her team to bring in more millionaires.
- E4 Tai / German As her parents come to town for a visit, Patti helps her friends Tai and German in the quest of finding the perfect match. Also, Patti's own love life is questioned by her family.
- E5 Xander / Joseph Patti works with two young millionaires. With both of them being very shy, Patti will have to coach these two men and give them some hints about the dating arena.
- E6 Robby And Brendan Once peace is back among her staff, Patti works on finding the perfect dates for millionaire skater Robby and Brendan, a young guy from New Jersey.
- E7 Heinz and Paul Patti works on finding love for real estate developer Paul and for the owner of a talent agency. One of them will find his soul mate and give this episode a fairy tale ending.
Season 2
- E1 Brett & David Patti aids a 28-year old CEO of an energy drink company, and assists an image conscious retail owner.
- E2 Heidi & Bill Patti has landed a client which is much different than usual as she is a female and named Heidi. She is a CEO and fashionista. Elsewhere, Patti searches for a match for a handsome forty-something hotel executive who likes kids and much younger women. Back at the office, Patti has hired a new assistant who is Destin's girlfriend.
- E3 Andrew & Laurence Patti works with two exact opposite clients, a vitamin company CEO named Laurence who is an extrovert, and Andrew, an introverted advertising agent. Meanwhile, drama unfolds when Rachel, the newest office hire, fouls up a recruiting session.
- E4 Harold & Jeff Jeff, a jazz musician, asks for Patti's help in finding him a girl gone wild. Meanwhile, Patti and Chelsea work frantically to find a mate for their client, who is a bit self-absorbed.
- E5 Chris & Daniel Patti has a pair of wealthy men to help out in this episode---Daniel is a celebrity artist, and Chris is a laid back surfer dude.
- E6 Shauna & Dave Shauna is a millionaire in search of a man with Patti's help, but catty friction arises between the two women which complicates matchmaking attempt. Meanwhile, a part-hearty male seeks a woman of the same makeup.
- E7 Matt & Jimmy D. Patti escorts her staff to Napa Valley for an employee retreat, then plays a romantic for a former football player and a club owner from Chicago. Next, Patti intervenes at a mixer when a potential match does not go as planned.
- E8 Paul & Alex Patti works overtime to find a match for a young NBA player find a love match. Patti's next client is thirtysomething and works in real estate developing, but she believes he needs a makeover first.
- E9 Michael & Dr. Robert Patti seeks help from a psychic in gaining wisdom in her own romantic life. Back at the business, Patti assists a CEO/single dad and a cosmetic surgeon from Beverly Hills in finding romance.
- E10 Zagros & Uri Patti searches for dates and mates for an Israel-born real-estate maven, and a Kurdish-Iranian entrepreneur. The second man shocks Patti when he brings in his entire family to meet and choose the proper woman for him.
- E11 Farrah & Kevin Patti's newest client who is looking for romance is a former member of Destiny's Child. Meanwhile, Kevin, a celebrity photographer, look for Patti's agency to make a romance for him that clicks.
- E12 Kevin & Anthony Patti's girlfriends from Miami arrive for a visit, and the group heads out of town. Patti attempts to find romance for her first gay client, a work-oholic who owns a boutique PR firm. Patti's second client is a flashy entertainer from Las Vegas, who's act contains adult oriented material.
Season 3
- E1 Omar & Nick Patti Stanger is on top of her game! Her business is flourishing, she has a successful book under her belt and after years of helping others find love, Stanger herself is finally about to seal the deal and marry her longtime love, Andy.
- E2 Justin & Tyler Patti takes on a successful entrepreneur who needs someone to help him be as aggressive in his love life as he is with his career. Will Patti help him step up his game? And Patti's other client this week is childhood actor Justin Shenkarow (Picket Fences) who has a bit of a stubborn attitude. When Patti comes over to stage a fashion intervention, she finds that his inflexible outlook may be a hurdle in finding him a match.
- E3 Shauna & Michael Patti revisits a client named Shauna, whom Patti clashed with in the past. This time, Shauna is willing to embrace Patti's advice and date an age-appropriate man. Patti's other client is young, rich and handsome, but this catch comes with a catch: He's painfully shy and has trouble communicating with women.
- E4 Smike & Rupert Patti definitely has her hands full this week: Hollywood Director Rupert Wainwright is 48-years-old, and knows it all. This Rhodes Scholar from Oxford, England wants Patti to help him find a great gal to share his life with, but Patti soon discovers that this will not be a simple task. Rupert is an ageist, telling Patti that his ideal woman would never be older than 29. The good news for Patti is that her other client is a dream come true. Smike Wallen is 41, handsome, rugged, smart, sensitive and gay! Patti immediately sees his one downfall, though – Smike travels so much he has not been able to set down roots, preventing any real long-term relationship from developing. She also needs to rid Smike of his tendencies to date younger men, much like Rupert.
- E5 Jason & David Patti is busy with her booming business and her successful radio show. She’s definitely feeling worn down but is still excited to hear about her latest clients. That is, until she hears the name Jason Davis. Patti is all too familiar with this tabloid fixture’s antics and is not excited to take him on as a client. He is sloppy, eccentric and out of it and says he won’t change for anyone. It’s going to be a long week. David gets help from no other than future Mrs Tommy Lee. The comedian Britany Furlan. She helps David learn to be able to talk to women.
- E6 Jimmy D & Mateo A returning client named Jimmy D arrives from Las Vegas, insisting he's a changed man and enlisting Patti for matchmaking help. The second client is a computer millionaire who comes with a rigid list of criteria his partner must meet. Foremost among those demands: She must be a Christian woman.
- E7 Trevor & Tricia Patti has her hands full this week. Chelsea reveals her millionaire is Tricia Cruz, a free-spirited 38 year-old divorcee who is thinking about switching teams and dating women. Patti questions if Tricia is really interested in women or just bitter about her ex-husband cheating on her right in front of her eyes.
- E8 Douglas & Nicole Patti tries to plant the seeds of love for two eco-friendly clients. The first is a 39-year-old gay millionaire whose high romantic standards have hindered his love life. The other client is a female divorcée from England who owns a green-events company.
- E9 Ayinde & Will Patti tries to set up a love match for an erstwhile professional volleyball player who admittedly shies away from commitment. Her second client is a big-bucks trust-fund baby whom Patti appraises as cocky and selfish. Worse, he's blemished by a cheating past.
- E10 Justin & Kevin Love connector Patti Stanger tries to forge a romance for a trust-fund millionaire hoping to launch a career in show business, but his requirements for a woman prove to be too lofty. Patti's second client is a film producer with chauvinistic tendencies.
- E11 Hillel Presser & Dylan Smith A moneyed Internet entrepreneur seeks a good date, as does a smooth-talking attorney from Florida.
- E12 Greg Knoll & Zagros Bigvand In the Season 3 finale, Patti tries to concoct a love match for a self-made millionaire after two broken engagements. The other client is a returnee. He's a Kurdish playboy who broke series rules in the past, but Patti decides to give him one more chance at love.
- E13 Reunion The matchmaking dramas of Season 3 are highlighted in a reunion installment.
