But soon the Kids discover the prohibtion's leader, Mr. Fizz, has something even more sinister in store. Can the Kids Next Door stop Fizz from bottling up children everywhere?

When Numbuh 4 is sickened by the cutsey "Rainbow Monkeys" double feature movie that the team goes to, he tries to theater-jump into to R-rated "Violence: The Movie," and after several unsuccessful tries, he makes it in disguised as an adult. But triumph turns to tragedy when he discovers that what promises to be a cool film is actually a front for a meeting for practically every villain that the KND have ever faced! And when his diguise fails, will Numbuh 4 escape this sinister cinema and leave room for a sequel?!
- E8 Operation F.A.S.T.-F.O.O.D. It's Numbuh 3's birthday! Her party seems to go well, until the team hears her birthday wish - to lead the team on a mission! Hoping to make her happy, Numbuh 1 quickly makes up a simple task for her - to retrieve a Kid's Meal from the new fast food place, the Burger Frenzy. But Numbuh 3 gets more than she bargains for when she discovers that, in this case, "Kid's Meal" actually refers to the main ingredient of the meal!

But when the Delightful Children steal the sacred Golden Scoop, Numbuh 5 finds herself dragged to the trap-laden temple, where the evil children force her to penetrate its inner sanctum. Will Numbuh 5 prevail in this frozen frenzy and get a taste of the fabled Fourth Flavor?!
- E12 Operation: K.I.S.S. It is a clear case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde when Numbuh 2's attempt to create a formula to strengthen hamsters causes him to transform into a teenager and back! Thrown out of the treehouse by his unknowing teamates, he seemingly finds solace when he runs into Numbuh 5's evil sister Cree, and she develops a crush on him!

It is a sad day in the treehouse, when Chubbo, one of the KND's power-providing hamsters passes away; and it is saddest for the overly sensitive Numbuh 3, who even maintains a vigil at his grave until the weather proves inclement. But unwise is the one who mourns too long for the dead, because during the dark and stormy night, a gang of ghostly hamster arrive, and drag the terrified Three to the hamster afterlife! Now the team must penetrate the very netherworld to rescue their friend, but can even the KND overcome a mob of restless rodents?!

- E1 Operation R.A.B.B.I.T. Numbuhs 2 and 5 must rescue the first grade class's pet rabbit before it is turned into a chocolate bunny by Heinrich Von Marzipan.
- E2 Operation: FLUSH The villains attempt to capture the KND Treehouse, but the Toilenator, trying to be helpful, only hinders their plans.
- E3 Operation F.O.O.D.F.I.T.E. The KND are dismayed to discover that Grandma Stuffum is the new cafeteria lunch lady and she's got some pretty nasty recipes to foist on her pint-sized nemeses.
- E4 Operation: C.L.U.E.S. A dinner get-together between Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 3's respective families turns sour when Numbuh 3's Posh Party Rainbow Monkey doll is badly damaged with a fork in its back. Now it's up to Numbuh 2 to figure out the murderer of the doll.
- E5 Operation N.U.G.G.E.T. Numbuh 4 discovers a chicken nugget that initiates a chicken nugget rush.
- E6 Operation: M.A.C.A.R.R.O.N.I. The Kids Next Door have the misfortune of swapping the Toilenator to Mr. Boss with the unlucky Numbuh 13, who informs the operatives of the adult villains' plans for a macaroni dinner by ransacking a museum of macaroni art.
- E7 Operation P.O.O.L. Numbuh 4's newly-installed backyard pool is the portal into an alternate dimension where everything is the opposite of everything in the real world.
- E8 Operation C.A.K.E.D.-F.O.U.R. The Delightful Children From Down the Lane decide to give their birthday cake to the winner of the annual Tubathon race and everyone is eager to go for it. No one is more eager than Numbuh 2, who plans to use his old tube, Betsy, and "farfegtubing". But are the Delightfuls keeping their word about the cake or are they luring the competitors into a trap?
- E9 Operation S.I.T.T.E.R. The brothers Gilligan have gotten a new babysitter: the villainous Cree Lincoln! For Numbuh 2, this will either be a dream come true or a nightmare.
- E10 Operation: S.A.T.U.R.N. Everyone's collections of Rainbow Monkey toys are mysteriously vanishing. The KND investigate and discover the toys revolving around the planet Saturn as its big ring!
- E11 Operation: C.H.O.C.O.L.A.T.E. Numbuh 5 goes to the planet Mars to pick up some marshmallows as part of dessert with her family after dinner. But upon her return, she discovers her family and friends are being menaced by an old foe who now is a mere shell of his old self.
- E12 Operation: M.A.T.A.D.O.R. Numbuh 4 is forced to choose between helping the KND battle the villainous Soccer Mom or engaging at his new gig as a matador in the Bully Fights.

When a kid-friendly senator receives a funding of approximately eleventy-billion dollars, he uses it to build an army of Safety-Bots, to make the world a safe place for children. However, the robots grow more and more extreme in their actions, eventually planning to eliminate adults, and cover the Earth in bubble wrap.
- E2 Operation: E.N.G.L.A.N.D. When Numbuh 1 is taken to England, someone gives him a book, resulting in Numbuh 1 getting followed by 3 kids.
- E3 Operation: A.W.A.R.D.S. Sector V attempts to sabotage the Villain's Choice Awards.
- E6 Operation: W.H.I.T.E H.O.U.S.E. Numbuh 1 wakes up to discover that he is the president of the United States in an alternate dimension, who is about to sign the Bill of No Rights for Kids.
- E7 Operation: S.P.I.N.A.C.H. Amerigo Vespinaccio tries to spread spinach throughout the school, and Sector V must stop him.
- E8 Operation: M.E.S.S.A.G.E. Numbuh 2 attempts to deliver the fourth grade president's message.
- E9 Operation: B.R.I.D.G.E. Numbuh 20 000 and his Squid Squad work with Sector V to destroy the bridge leading into Le Sissie a store in the mall that sells horrible back-to-school clothes for kids.
- E10 Operation: S.I.X. Numbuhs 2, 3, and 6 are tricked and must get a truckload of soda to a girl's birthday party and keep Mr. Fizz and Lieutenant Seltzer from getting the soda.
- E11 Operation: T.R.I.C.Y.C.L.E. Tommy loves Numbuh 2's cruddy, old tricycle but gets laughed at when the other kids see him riding it. Using his 2x4 technology expertise, Tommy rebuilds it into the "Best Bike in the Whole World", but the bike turns evil trying to impress Numbuh 2.
- E12 Operation: C.R.I.M.E. When Gallagher Elementary students are being arrested by the School Safety Patrol for crimes they are envisioned to commit, including detective Numbuh 2, leaving Numbuh 3 to investigate a psychic member of the School Safety Patrol while trying to finish her social studies homework.
- E13 Operation: P.A.R.T.Y. With Father away at Saratoga Springs for the day on orders from his doctor, the DCFDTL invite Cree and the teenagers to their mansion to plan a new strategy against the Kids Next Door, but instead, the teenagers turn it into a wild house party, leaving the DCFDTL to call Sector V for help.
- E14 Operation D.O.G.H.O.U.S.E. Numbuh 5 goes into the Haunted Doghouse to get Sector V's cinder block back, but later comes out with different results.
- E15 Operation: P.L.A.N.E.T. Numbuhs 3 and 4 are launched into space to break the "Ridiculous" space barrier, but blackout in mid-flight and wake up on a world ruled by anthropomorphic, talking Rainbow Monkeys.
