- E0 ChalkZone
- E1 Rudy's First Adventure While in detention, Rudy finds out about the magic chalk and he goes to Chalk Zone, a place where all the erased chalk pictures go to. He meets up with Snap, a picture of a superhero that Rudy drew in 2nd grade, and also this this monster that wants to hurt everyone. With Snap's help, Rudy is able to beat the thick headed monster.
- E2 Rudy's Story Everyone comes back from Vacation and has to read their writing piece to the class. Rudy drew a comic book of his Chalkzone Adventures in Chalkzone. Rudy has to stay back after class and write a real story of his Vacation. Rudy then explains his story to the new girl, Penny!
- E3 Snapmobile Snap wants to go to the car show to see Queen Rapsheeba, only he doesn't have a car. That all changes when he gets a voice activated car that takes all of his commands (and figures of speech) literally.
- E4 Rudy's Date Rudy brings his friend Penny to ChalkZone to help her find a formula, but Snap sees Penny as Rudy's girlfriend.
- E5 Future Zone Penny and Rudy have to do a report on future inventions where they go into chalkzone. Then a robot, Craniac 3, sees Rudy drawing with the chalk, it tries to use the chalk, but fails (only humans can use the chalk). It takes rudy into the dome of the future, with all these useless and stupid inventions.
- E6 The Wiggies Hair eating frogs from Chalk Zone have invaded PlainsVille. Can Rudy and Penny send them back and save the hair of PlainsVille?
Season 2
- E1 Hole In The Wall Rudy and Penny visit Rudy's dad's old school from when he was little. Rudy's Dad said he wrote a letter to Mildred about how good she was on reading some kind of poetry. Ever since then, Rudy's Dad 'Chickend out' about giving the letter to Mildred. He hid it under a very rickety board on the floor. Rudy and Penny enter from ChalkZone into the school, to try and not tresspass. When Rudy and Penny get caught, Vinnie, the brother to the construction worker, steps into the old school and finds out about the portal to ChalkZone. Now Vinnie wants to turn ChalkZone into an Ammusement Park!
- E2 The Terrible 2 1/2's Rudy and Penny volunteer to baby-sit Rudy's little cousin Sophie,'Soph'. When Sophie draws a ChalkZone portal, she fall's in and starts to explore the land of ChalkZone while Rudy and Snap come up of ideas to get Sophie back to Rudy's house safely. Meanwhile, Penny comes up with elaborate scheme to make sure Rudy's mom and Sophie's mom don't find out about Rudy and Sophie being in ChalkZone.
- E3 Superhero Snap Snap loves a certain Superhero and wishes to be just like him, although Snap doesn't have the same Superhero powers as him, he has one power that can defeat a certain villain that the Superhero can't.
- E4 Disappearing Act Reggie performs magic and thinks he turned Rudy into an eraser.
- E5 Portable Portal Ms. Tweezer, a teacher from a company that tries to prevent imagination in kids' art, comes to Rudy's school. Rudy uses his Portable Portal to let his friends come out and teach her a lesson.
- E6 Snap On Tour Snap takes friends of chalkzone on a tour for those who have been erased.
- E7 Waste Mountain Rudy accidentally drops garbage bags (containing cheeseburger smoothies) into ChalkZone, which eat through the Magic Chalk Mine.
- E8 MadCap Snap Rudy's new comic series makes kids draw "Snips", different versions of Snap. These little creatures cause havoc all through Chalkzone. Which causes the citizens to think Snap is causing all the chaos, making everyone hate him
Season 3
- E1 Draw and Let Draw Draw and Let Draw Rudy thinks he knows what he's doing when he "fixes" other kids' sidewalk drawings that seem dangerous. However, when he arrives in Chalkzone he learns that these drawings weren't harmful at all. Then, all the cartoons that he messed with become upset at him for changing them from their original forms.
- E2 The Towering Wilter When the entire class gets F's on their tests, they complain that Mr. Wilter told them to study Chapter 11, not Chapter 12. Rudy then tells Mr. Wilter that he can prove that Wilter wrote Ch. 11 on the board before recess is over or there would be no recess for a week for the students. In Chalkzone, he finds out that a trash can named Push has the Chapter 11 note from the board. Push is building a tower of all the assignments Mr. Wilter gives. Rudy has to try to convince Push to let Rudy take a picture of it to show Mr. Wilter.
- E3 Snapsheebah When snap tries to get tickets to one of Rapsheeba's musical plays, they are sold out. He sneaks in with the cost
- E4 Taffy Taffy Rudy, Penny, and Snap save Chalkzone from being taken over by a taffy glacier. Their efforts backfire when the taffy glacier comes alive and tries to consume the people of Chalkzone.
- E5 Follow the Bouncing Bag When Rudy and Penny go to Chslkzone in a park sidewalk, Rudy leaves his backpack under a bench. That backpack has the mini chalkboard with the portal to and from Chalkzone in it. But when Vinnie drives by and sees Rudy at the sidewalk, he wants to get his revenge and proof of Chalkzone. When he can't find out where Rudy went, he tries to pry open the backpack to figure out how to get into Chalkzone and find Rudy. When Rudy finds out what Vinnie is up to, he pulls the portal across Chalkzone and Vinnie chases the backpack with the portal in it across Plainsville.
- E6 Nighty Note Nighty Note Snap, who is trying to get some sleep, is disturbed by a loud group of musical notes next door. He tries to get them to play peacefully with the help of their leader, G Clef. This doesn't end up working out
- E7 Lost In Chalk Lost in Chalk Rudy's dad, Joe goes to a meat style convention, while in Chalkzone it is Snap's birthday. Rudy and Penny want to get to Snap's party before it is his dad's turn to style his meat. When he and Penny find out their trail to the party has been deystroyed, they must find Snap's party before all of Snap's guests leaveand it's Joe's turn to style his sausages.
- E8 Asleep at the Chalk Asleep at the Chalk Rudy is tired of not being able to stay up late, so he decides to go into Nightzone and stay up as long as he wants. However, he soon finds out how hard it is to stay awake and have fun. And when a firework display goes awry, it's up to a very tired Rudy to save everyone.
- E9 If You Can't Beat 'Em, Eat Em Snap becomes annoyed at a talking, rhyming hamburger he meets who is begging to be digested. As he tries to escape it, he runs across a cooked chicken and angry vegetables who also want to be eaten. Just as they are about to attack Snap, the hamburger saves him. Snap finally realizes that there is only
- E10 Water, Water Everywhere During a drought in Plainsville, Penny and Rudy try to find refuge in Chalkzone. They try to enter in an old quarry, which happens to be in the bottom of the Wait 'n Sea in Chalkzone. Chalk water starts filling up in the quarry, and Rudy and Penny go to the rainmaker to bring rain and wash the chalk water away. In the meantime, several adults who are splashed by water magically obtain the minds of children and playfully swim in the rising chalk water.
- E11 RV Having Fun Yet? RV Having Fun Yet? On his way to board a vacation cruise ship, a car salesman tricks Snap to trading a very annoying, singing RV for his cruise ship ticket. The RV takes Snap to different places around Chalkzone, singing the entire way. Snap's vacation would be ruined if he can't get rid of the singing RV.
- E13 That Thing You Drew Rudy asks his favorite cartoonist, Drew Yerface, to come to his school assembly after his vacation in the mountains. Drew is convinced to go to Rudy's school. Rudy soon discover's from Drew's cartoons in Chalkzone that he is stranded in the mountains and Rudy must save him in time for the assembly.
- E14 That Sinking Feeling Reggie steals Rudy's last piece of magic chalk and stomps it into the ground. This causes a small portal of Chalkzone to appear in the ground. Reggie's foot gets stuck in the hole he made. Snap realizes this is Reggie's foot and wants to get revenge for what Reggie tried to do to him when he was in Plainsville. Rudy tries to get Snap to leave Reggie's foot alone. But because he has no more magic chalk, he must try to erase a message into Chalkzone to Snap before the Chalkzone is discovered.
- E15 Insect Aside Insect Aside Snap and Rapsheba shrink down to an insect's size with the help of a witch's spell. They then go to a show where an insect sings about his life.
- E16 Let's Twister Again Someone just won't stop drawing and erasing these terrible twisters! Rudy Penny and Snap find the culprit and it'sa little boy named Sonny! Penny sneaks into the boy's classroom and poses as a teacher to try to get the child to stop drawing destructive storms. Meanwhile Rudy and Snap stay in ChalkZone and battle rain, snow, sleet, hail. Rudy creates a living Chalk Fairy Tale in order to amuse an evil king and save Snap's life. Everyone lives happily ever after. A segment of Snapshots-Snap's documentary news show-takes Snap to a secret training camp for Skrawl's henchmen, the Beanie Boys.

- E1 Purple Haze Comic Book Artist creates a Haze that will destroy anything that gets erased into ChalkZone
- E2 No Place Like Home All of ChalkZone is abducted by aliens and Rudy & Penny must save them
- E3 Disaster Park Blocky and Snap's pet moustache get trapped in a dangerous theme park.
